Class on January 30 2018

Rob started by asking if there were an questions regarding the Newport Sea Level analysis done in the last class.

Rob performed the same analysis for the Juneau, Alaska measurement site he had asked students consider in their homework.

Students wrote up reports in the following format:
  • Brief Report (narrative or bulleted outline):
  • intro/motivation
  • data attributes (type, origin, timespan)
  • what ya did to the data
  • observations
  • implications/discussion
and Rob asked for volunteers to share their reports in class.
